Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026

This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work for paid Reputly plans. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends with nothing to pay. If you don’t cancel, the plan you chose begins and your card is charged for the first period.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then drops to the free tier — your data is not deleted.

3. Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Because you can trial the product free for 14 days before paying, we do not refund partial or unused periods once a billing period has started, except where required by law or in the cases below.

4. When we do refund

  • A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge.
  • A technical fault on our side that made the Service unusable for a sustained period and we couldn’t resolve it.
  • You were charged after cancelling but before the renewal date (a billing error).
  • Any right of withdrawal that applies to you as a consumer under mandatory EU/Bulgarian law.

5. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer (not a business) in the EU, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Note that for digital services that begin immediately with your consent, this right can be lost once the service has been fully provided — but we will always honour your mandatory statutory rights.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@goreputly.com from your account email with your invoice number. We review requests within 5 business days; approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe (typically 5–10 days to appear).
